There's one overriding rule for our network: be nice! If something isn't considered
nice, you probably shouldn't be doing it. Having said that: User/Channel Policy We try not to get involved in individual channel affairs. However, since there
are so few channels, what happens in one, generally affects all the others.
The general procedure is to do individual channel kick/bans for offensive users.
A network-wide kick/ban is only done when the user tries to evade these bans,
becomes a network-wide problem, or is conducting illegal activities (Porn, Warez,
etc) Bot Policy Bots are fine, but are limited to a few per person. If you really need more
than that, contact Sim9. Warez / Porn Warez, Porn, and illegal activity are strictly forbidden, and will usually result in a permanent network-wide ban. If you suspect illegal activity, please contact Sim9. Abuse? If a user on our irc network has been abusive, or you feel you were treated
unjustly by an ircop, please contact Sim9
with their nick, IP, WHOIS information, and logs. If there were any other witnesses,
please have them send their logs and info as well. Etc? If you have any other questions or comments, please contact Sim9.
